At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and bonus items to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
